These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wulfpup application and services operated by Marimack LLC ("Wulfpup," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Wulfpup provides a smart business phone system for contractors and small service businesses. Our services include dedicated business phone numbers, automated text messaging for missed calls, appointment booking, and related business communication tools.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By using Wulfpup, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.
You agree to use Wulfpup only for lawful business purposes. You may not use our services to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates applicable laws or regulations. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before sending messages through our platform.
By using Wulfpup's messaging features, you agree to comply with all applicable messaging laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You are responsible for ensuring that recipients have consented to receive messages sent through your Wulfpup number. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Wulfpup offers various subscription tiers with different features and pricing. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice.
The Wulfpup name, logo, and all related branding are the property of Marimack LLC. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Wulfpup is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any missed calls, undelivered messages, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Wulfpup at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Wulfpup after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
