Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Policy

By submitting a booking form with the SMS consent checkbox checked, or by calling a Wulfpup-powered business number, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages related to your inquiry, including appointment booking confirmations, service reminders, follow-up communications, and customer care messages.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity and interactions. Typically, you may receive 2–5 messages per service appointment or inquiry.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also text QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT-OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
